Policy statements
Health and safety. We comply with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and COSHH Regulations 2002.
- Every job type is risk-assessed.
- Staff are trained in the safe use and storage of products and equipment.
- Accidents and near misses are recorded and investigated.
- Our approach follows the principles of ISO 45001.
Quality.
- Every clean follows a written checklist.
- Every job is backed by before-and-after photos and a client sign-off in our app.
- Supervisors carry out regular spot inspections.
- Our quality management system is registered to ISO 9001.
Environment.
- We use eco-friendly, biodegradable products wherever possible.
- We reduce single-use plastics.
- We plan routes to cut travel, using GPS job allocation.
- We dispose of waste responsibly.
- Our approach follows the principles of ISO 14001.
Information security. Client data and keys are protected by:
- role-based access to our systems
- encryption
- secure, coded key storage
- staff confidentiality agreements
Our information security management system is registered to ISO 27001, and our IT systems are Cyber Essentials certified.
Safeguarding. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Staff working in homes with children or vulnerable adults are DBS-checked to the appropriate level and trained to recognise and report safeguarding concerns.
Anti-bribery. We do not offer, give or accept bribes, and we comply with the Bribery Act 2010.
Whistleblowing. Staff, clients and suppliers can report wrongdoing in confidence without fear of retaliation, under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.
