2. Your legal 14-day right to cancel (consumers)

If you're a consumer and booked online, by phone or by message, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your booking confirmation without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you asked us to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay a fair amount for the work already done.
If the service is fully completed within the 14 days at your request, the right to cancel ends once it's completed.
To cancel, contact us by any of the methods above, or use the model cancellation form we include in your booking confirmation.

3. Regular cleaning contracts

Weekly, fortnightly and four-weekly services can be stopped with 7 days' notice. Business contracts follow the notice period in the signed agreement.

4. If we have to cancel

If we ever need to cancel, for example because of illness or severe weather, we'll tell you as early as possible and either rebook at a time that suits you or give you a full refund.

5. Refunds

If you're not satisfied, tell us within 24 hours of completion and we'll return to re-clean the areas concerned free of charge. If a re-clean can't put things right, we'll offer a partial or full refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay) within 14 days of being agreed.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
