1. How offers work

You may offer a price below our listed price for a service. We may accept it, reject it, or send a counter-offer. Offers are not a booking until accepted.

2. Minimum offer

Our listed prices are not changed by offers. Hourly offers below £16.35 an hour are rejected immediately for one-off cleans and for any booking of less than 15 hours a week, so that our cleaners are always paid at least the UK National Minimum / Living Wage. Above that, the lowest offer we accept is our listed hourly price less a reduction of about £3.00 on a £19.98 rate (at least 2%), and the more hours you book, the lower the offer we can accept.

3. Ongoing cleans

Lower hourly offers can be accepted only for ongoing cleaning of at least 15 hours a week. For those, a further 3% reduction may be accepted, or referred to us for a counter-offer decision. Offers below the minimum are never accepted.

4. Pets and supplements

Pet supplements (cat +£7.20, dog +£12.55) are added to the price and are not part of the discount.

5. Accepting and expiry

Offers expire after the period shown on your offer page. When an offer is accepted the agreed price is binding for the booked clean. Deposits, where taken, come off your final bill.
