Health & Safety Terms of Clean
UK Instant Services Ltd, trading as Instant Cleaning UK Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms apply every time you book a clean, submit an offer, or an offer is accepted. By ticking the box on our forms you agree to them.
1. Pets
You agree to keep all pets away from our cleaning staff, equipment and materials for the whole visit (for example in another room, a crate or outside). Pet fur and hair make cleaning harder, which is why a pet supplement may apply to your price.
2. Children and minors
You agree to keep children and minors away from the cleaning areas, our staff and our materials during the clean and the cleaning process. Our staff cannot supervise children.
3. Other occupants
You and anyone else in the property will stay away from the cleaning areas unless one of our staff asks you to come in.
4. Health and safety of you and the occupants
Any health and safety issue that arises because of the client or other occupants (including pets, children, visitors, trip hazards, unsafe equipment or wiring) is not Instant Cleaning UK's responsibility.
5. Fragile, water-sensitive and hazardous items
You must tell us before the clean about any item that is fragile, easily damaged, not water-friendly or hazardous, or remove it from the cleaning area. Our insurance does not cover items that are fragile or undeclared to us, or that we were not told how to handle.
6. Inspect before you confirm
Before you confirm the clean is complete you must inspect the work thoroughly while the cleaner is still at the property. Complaints or allegations made after the cleaner has left will not be treated as valid claims, but we will still investigate them.
7. Lost or moved items
It is your responsibility to check that nothing is missing or has been placed in a different location from where it was before the clean, before the cleaner leaves.
